By purchasing products or services from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Due to the safety-critical nature of airbag systems and SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) components, all returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled in accordance with strict inspection and safety procedures.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where products:

  • Have been installed, programmed, tampered with, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Show signs of misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, or accident damage
  • Are electrical or safety-sensitive items that have been opened or altered
  • Were specially ordered, coded, programmed, or custom refurbished for a customer

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The item materially differs from what was ordered

To qualify for a return:

  • The customer must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item

  • Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided
  • The part number and compatibility must match the original order

3. CPA Cooling-Off Rights (Online & Distance Sales)

In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, customers who purchase online or through electronic communication may cancel certain orders within 7 days after delivery.

However, this right may not apply to:

  • Custom-ordered components
  • Refurbished or rebuilt units prepared specifically for a customer
  • Installed or programmed electronic modules
  • Goods that cannot reasonably be returned due to safety or contamination concerns

Returned goods under cooling-off rights may be subject to reasonable handling or restocking charges where permitted by law.

  • If workmanship issues arise, we may elect to repair, rectify, or redo the affected work within a reasonable period
  • We are not responsible for unrelated faults existing before work commenced

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct vehicle diagnosis before repairs
